Iron Shears?

Has anyone gotten Iron Shears? I'm around lvl 27, and I've been through a number of profession and asset booster packs, I religiously check the AH, and I've looted a bunch of treasure and class specific chests. I've found almost every type of implement, and seen the purple mithril shears on the AH, but I haven't seen Iron Shears anywhere. It seems as if they aren't available, or they must be very very rare, even though they're green, I had to buy the worn shears, and even with some zone tells, I haven't found anyone who's gotten Iron Shears, never mind the blue shears.

    It's buyable, you can buy it for 15 silver from M'tari Prin'tal. She can be found in the marketplace in Protector's Enclave. Note that you have to click the profession assets tap first.

    Incorrect you can worn shears, not iron shears (the i difference is the quality bonus, and the fact you can not upgrade the worn shears)

    People have found iron shears before from the Asset and not resource packs. Some users have stated that assets can also come from skill nodes in higher level dungeons. Feel free to drop by NWO-Professions channel if you have questions in-game.
