Some questions:

Is test character respect broken right now? I can't seem to get it to work.

Abort exits- how the heck to they work? I created and door and hit "true" under abort exit, and i am getting an error message, something about and unused abort exit. What am I doing wrong.

    1. Yes, at least for me they are. I can respec, but my characters cannot buy powers.

    2. Abort Exits are used for failsafes for players to exit your map without following the quest. You cannot set a door/object that is used for anything else as an Abort Exit.

Just wanted to ask 3 questions (not trying to hijack your thread, not sure if i need a minimum reply count to start my own thread or not.

    1) Are you able to add boss monsters like original dungeons ? Most Foundry quests i did have like Elites but never a real boss mob with the huge hp bar etc.
    2) On real quests you get the little lore pop-ups where there is a voice over to talk to you etc, is it possible to add things like this with the foundry engine or no?
    3) When combining maps with doors etc, is it possible to combined Indoors into outdoors etc. or combined them on the same map without the use of porting to the next map?

    1. You cannot create true Boss monsters like normal quests. You can, however, use some of the harder encounters and apply costumes to them to change how they look. Maybe we'll be able to make real bosses later.

    2. We cannot add voice to our quests, yet. You can have on screen messages appear from Reach Point objectives or by creating failure text on item interactions.

    3. You would need to use an Exterior map design to do that, and it may not be easily possible without creating your indoors area from the ground up. I have not used much in the way of exterior maps yet.

Spot on for all 3 answers. An expansion on the 3rd answer is you have to create everything from the ground up for the "interior" portion including an exterior that would be visible. This is not for the faint of heart and frankly I wouldn't even try it myself after making several maps. I've yet to see anyone who has done it well enough that it looked right.
