Strange Chat Window Change

Not sure how I did it, but after coming out of a skirmish I now have three horizontal bars under my chat window. Each one says team on it and has a voice icon to the left and another symbol on the top right corner. Not sure what this is. Does anyone know and how do I get rid of it so I can get my old chat window back. I've tried going into the settings and changed the windows back to default but it did not work unfortunately. Any help would be appreciated.
