Anyone having issues with the Foundry today?

I am having all kinds of weird issues/glitches that I can't explain.

1. Can't distribute points to skills
2. Stamina doesn't recharge when testing
3. When I have it play from a location or quest it puts me in different places, under the ground, or on several objectives from where I wanted to be.
4. Pressing shift and moving forward instead of sprinting now forces me to roll backwards.

I never had these problems before, they just started today? Is it just me or is something goofed up? Thanks!

    I had those problems a few days ago when the foundry wouldnt publish. Today I am having a HUGE problem with none of my follow npcs and encounters actually following. I can't get things to spawn in on que either. It sucks this is my one day to edit.

    Stamina won't recharge because you have ZERO strength. Assign skill points.

    My GFW now strafe rolls when I try and sprint forward.

    I had strength, I was testing on level 21 and I applied 2 STR points, 1 CON and 1 DEX. Stamina was not refilling, it worked fine yesterday today it is a no go.
