Not teleporting to instance

I left a dungeon earlier as there were no healers but every time since I've tried to join a dungeon using the queue it just makes me stay where I am and not teleporting me to the dungeon with the rest of the team. I've tried restarting and it didn't help, changing instance doesn't help either.

    Changing map seemed to fix it.

    This has happened to me so many times its not even funny. What you have to do is log out, log back in. Up the top centre of screen there will then be a button saying "Return to instance". Click it to be taken to the dungeon.

    similar happened to me twice, where i joined the dungeon party but wasn't teleported to the instance. one of the times was that i didn't confirm or decline since i was in the middle of a fight in a instance in the neverdeath area, but was automaticaly put in the party. What happened was that i was unable to leave tha party and couldn't be kicked and couldn't leave the instance either since i had to have my party in the circle when you change areas. so i had to relog to solve it.
