Concerning Professions Special Pack

As some of you know, this item is obtainable through a quest, around lvl 26-29. But seing that in the ah, some people post this item around 20-30 times, i cannot stop to ask myself: do those guys/gals actually really make dozens of chars/accounts, play them till they can get the quest done and actually do this really around 20-30 times again and again? As i know the quest is unique and not repeatable.

    The quest isn't repeatable, but is the pack? Is it the pack from the store, praying or lockboxes too? Can't check in game, but it could be that. Doesn't seem remotely profitable to run that high, i could see people doing it for that first bag quest if it was bound on pick up.

    i think those can drop from the nightmare lockboxes, with fairly high drop rate.

    Or are they partying up with people who still have to do the quest, thereby getting access to it again? (Not sure if that works, but I've seen people in Neverdeath asking to party for that one)
