Pvp and Pve on the same character?

From what i understand you need to pay or farm like hell to change specc. But is it possible like in wow to change between two speccs? Or must i decide to play pvp or pve?

    Uh....I dont really see a problem. You want to respec everytime you go into PvP from doing PvE? Thats a bit harsh, but yeah, prepare to fork over some cash. $6 per respec. There is no multiple build option right now. The game wasnt really desinged with PvP in mind though, so yeah.

    Seems kind of silly, adding PvP to a game but knowingly forcing the players to choose to spec for one or the other, gimping them in whichever playstyle they opt to ignore.

    Only powers need cash respecs. Feats are free.

    You can change out your powers in your deck easily between PvP and Dungeons. You don't have to change feats. An effective build is an effective build.

    If you feel like you suck in PvP because of your PvE Build, you're doing it wrong.
