GWF locked power?

I couldn't find this anywhere...

Does anyone know what power is locked at 20 points? ( the one u need rank 3 of everything before it)

    The Wiki doesn't list it. So, no. Nobody knows.

    there has to be someone who unlocked it. i'm at about level 52 so i need to know really soon if i should get it or not

    I.... what? What are you talking about? Are you talkking about the one that says "Unlocks rank 3 of all previous skills"? If that's the case, then that just tells you that it unlocks rank 3 of all the previous skills. there is no skill there.

    This is the correct, unfortunately the description is (very) badly worded and has confused many people.

    What it actually means is that once you have put 20 points into powers then you can raise ANY power to level 3.
