Best place to grind for gear?

I'm a 40 TR and am wondering what the best endgame gear and where to farm it? Should I stick to all pvp and save my tokens for a full set of gear or should in farm specific dungeons?

    start off in pvp, then once u got ur full pvp set start doing epic dungeons, what i did was, any gear that i didnt use or wasnt for the specific set i wanted i sold on ah and put the diamonds towards buying other gear
