Need ideas, One group member constantly disconnects

Hi There,

3 of us plays in a team. One of our friends constantly disconnects every time we zone without fail. The two of us that remain connected are on the same network, he is remote, any ideas what could be causing this as its serisouly impacting enjoyment.
