Is it possible to have a NPC contact which enemies will not attack?
The NPC should be friendly to the enemies while remaining neutral to the player.
Only thing i can think of currently is hide the NPC when enemies spawn and show another clone of the NPC after the enemies are slain. Not ideal as i want the NPC to stand around watching the fight.
Resurrection of Xunvrae - NWS-DNNZST5FJ
House Arken'etts' power is shattered, to restore this once proud house Xunvrae must return.
I take it you also don't want the NPC to cower? As an NPC set to cower is invulnerable.
You can do as others have suggested here, and surround the NPC with invisible walls that disappear upon upon the killing of the enemy encounter so that the player can interact with the NPC.
Everlight - A Prologue

Combat orientated Mission, with a little bit of story to move you along.
I wonder if you could replace them with a hostile mob set to cower with the npc's costume. So disappear npc appear mob with npc costume set mob to stand idle then disappear mob after combat reappear npc.

Ideally don't want the npc to cower, as they will be summoning the hostile creatures after the player annoys them by asking the same question 3 times.
I will try using an invisible cube around the NPC, thanks.
