No more Quests in Helm's Hole

I have just finished doing all the quests in Helm's Hole that I can find. That is except for the two full party quests. I now can no longer find any more quest givers. Also, none of the quest givers have sent me to either other sections in the game nor have they sent me to the large area to the east in Helm's. I'm not sure if this is a bug or not but it would seem like I've reached a premature end of the game.

Has anyone else run into this situation?

    I finally found a way to continue. As someone else has said, "If in doubt see Knox".
