Profession question

How do I go about getting a man-at-arms for leadership? I cant seem to find the recipe or explanation as to how to get it over than the zen market.

Or is that the point, that i need to go about farming more dailys to convert to zen for the chance at getting a man-at-arms?

    At this moment uncommon(green) bordered Assets (hires and tools) seem to only be available via the asset bags from the zen store or buying what sellers who have bought those bags have posted in the Auction House. I have seen some unconfirmed information that you might be able to get them out of higher level skill nodes. All the tasks can be completed with the common(white) assets of the correct rank, but they don't take off much duration wise or give huge jumps to the quality (chance of getting higher tier results on multi-tier result tasks).

    Personnel seem to affect just time while tools seem to affect just quality. Not entirely sure how it all works on crafting items as far as how quality affects the crafted item. The only Weapons and Armor I have seen for leadership is the common weapon and armor you buy from the profession vendor and the uncommon weapon and armor from the Auction House.
