Potions of Lesser Healing won't work and trigger my daily

I transfered ~45 Potions of Lesser Healing (lvl 15) to my low level tank from my main character. Whenever I try to use it it uses my daily "Terrifying Impact" instead. I tried switching it to any of the 3 slots (default 3 4 & 5) but all have the same effect. I can use other potions fine in these slots so it isn't a keybinding issue, only the Lesser Healing pots bug out. If I take Terrifying Impact of my skillbar the potions do nothing, if I don't have enough AP it also says "Not enough action points".

The Potions of Lesser Healing that are bound to my tank work normally.

edit: Ok, after spending extra points in Terrifying Impact, I can now no longer use the skill because instead, it is now a healing potion!

edit2: dragging the skill off and back on my skillbar now makes both the hp pots & the skill usable.. so the bug only occured when my daily was at 2 points. Oo

I've also had this happen at level 60. My potions kept wanting to use my daily power.

I tried rebinding the keys, swapping the potions in and out and swapping powers around but nothing worked. It was also strange that the issue was with the specific stack of potions themselves, and not the keybind.

For example, I moved the potions from the third position on my item tray to the fourth. Any new potions in my third position worked fine, but the fourth slot would now want to use my daily power.

My eventual solution was to just split my stack of 80 potions. I moved 79 potions to a new stack and left the old corrupted stack alone. This fixed my potion bug, and the new stack worked fine, but the single corrupted leftover potion I had to toss out.

I'm having this problem at level 17 to 18 but it's not the daily it wants to use. It's an encounter spell, "Conduit of Ice".

No matter where I position this power, if it's loaded to be used, my pots won't work and want to launch that spell instead. The only way I can access my pots is to remove Conduit of Ice altogether.

Pity, cos it's one of my favourite encounter spells but looks like I can't use it. Maybe when I can get it up to +3...?

    EDIT:
    I can add further information.

All was working perfectly earlier today. I can date this problem to when I levelled up and put a point on the Class Feature, "Chilling Presence". That gave me two class features both at +1, if that makes any difference.

Even though I didn't have "Chilling Presence" slotted for use, it was after this the problem occurred. Even if I put it into a slot, the problem's still there. If I don't remove "Conduit of Ice", I don't get to use this particular potion. My lower level potions work fine, just not Lesser Healing.

ADDITIONAL: I was testing the above in Proctor's Enclave so when I hit my potion and it didn't want me to target something, I assumed it was working. In fact, it wasn't. It just wasn't wanting to use Conduit of Ice. No matter what I do, I can't get this potion to work. I've tried clearing everything out of my slots and I STILL can't use this bloody potion at all.

I suppose it'll be a bit of a challenge, trying to get by on Potions of Minor Healing... because that's all I've got left.

    UPDATE:

After I was able to raise Conduit of Ice to +3, my Potions of Lesser Healing have decided they want to work now.

    Yaaay me!
