I was just creating my own quest and since it forces you to play a Guardian Fighter I eventually hit lvl 5 and was able to use Villian's Menace the first daily power they get. I then used it on a group of 25+ enemies and noticed immediately that they all got hit by it. Other classes that have huge AoE skills, for instance Ice Storm and Whirlwind of Blades, can only hit a certain amount of enemies which is unfair. Also it's a great difference in damage when a GF uses Villian's Menace on ton of enemies compared to other classes that have daily AoEs. So yeah, I say change it the other skills to make them similar.

    So in mass mob dungeons you want the tank to only hit so many mobs?

    Listen Villian's Menace doesnt do that much DPS and the effect of DPS from it seems to get worse as you get higher in lvl. To tell the truth it is good at what it is good for, pulling some mobs off everyone else. It is an AOE attack with minimal damage that can bring in good threat if done right. To tell the truth cleave does more dps for me and can hit anyone in my path. I dont think it needs any nerfing.

    Try playing it up to lvl 50 on the first skills you get and you will notice how good or bad they compare to other skills or classes skills.

    I was running LAir of the Mad Dragon today and Villians Menace was not what I was using due to the fact it has small amounts of AOE and I can normally pull more with threatening shout. I actually use the healing daily more now than any of the others
    I am usually Deaths Crowbar.

    LOL whoops word that wrong, I meant change the other skills not the tanks.

    You aren't forced to play any class, you can change the class/level you are running in the editor using the menu at the top.

    "I can't figure out to change my class in the foundry"
    "I can't figure out the pros/cons of different skills"

    but

    "I can absolutely figure out the game balance at endgame with a level 5 char in the foundry"

    elaborate troll or just a poor attempt?

    He obviously hasn't tried a couple of the CW skills back to back with seeming unlimited numbers of enemies it by each one....
