Hey I've got a lvl34 gwf currently. I've been using sure strike and reaping strike this whole time. I tried wicked strike and took it off my bar almost immediately because reaping strike was out damaging it by a lot. What do most destroyer specced gwfs use for at-wills at 60? I was planning wms + reaping strike with the 25% bonus damage to single target

But reaping strike would do more single target damage than sure strike with the +25% to single
Have you actually crunched the numbers for the damage difference factoring in how long it takes for reaping strike to charge etc, as well as the differential for mechanics such as extra attacks from Steel Blitz or AP gain/lost due to one swing vs many in the same time frame?
Also don't forget to factor in lost swings or damage potential when you don't have time to fully charge or even charge enough to swing before you are forced to move to avoid damage or knockdown effects.

Full charge of reaping takes the same amount of time as 3 swipes of Sure Strike or 2 swipes of Sweeping. Reaping does more damage. But the problem is, as you said, using it at the right time. Personally I love Reaping but in PvP it's nigh useless.
