Where does one get the 2nd bag?(Help!)

I'm lvl 60 atm and only have 1 bag, which i attained from the tutorial quest chain, "Adventurer's knapsack"

friend of mine told me i should have an other from via questing somewhere around the 25 lvl range.

any idea which area or quest i get this bag from!

would be really appreciated i have absolutely no bag space what so ever atm!

    You get it from the last quest of the Neverwinter Cemetery quest chain.

    You get the second bag from the last quest in the Neverdeath quest chain i believe.

    Not sure about this cemetery business but I know I got my first extra bag from finishing the Black Lake District story quest line (recovering the Crown of Neverwinter). It's the last phase of this quest line where you raid the HQ after burning the supplies.

    As others stated it's the final quest in the Never Graveyard quest line. Basically gotta do that entire zone. It's 12 slot bag.
