Throne of Idris quest bug.

I'm not sure if anyone else has posted this already.
The Throne of Idris quest doesn't complete when my party and I go through the dungeon and slay her. It's still just happily sitting in my journal stating I should reenter the dungeon and complete the quest...again. The game registers the Daily Dungeon attempt (although it took me 2 tries to get it to work.), but otherwise it seems to be pretty buggy on whether or not it wants to let you finish the quest.
Also I guess it's also good to note that when my party completely wiped out, the quest (and daily dungeon) didn't register. Maybe that's the issue? The second time playing through, we managed to stay alive through the whole thing and I got the daily dungeon. I haven't attempted Idris again to see if it would work on the quest journal since that would involve going through the dungeon a 4th time.
