Just went up against the Mad Dragon, with a guardian fighter, two rogues an two wizards. The group creation tool didn't give us a healer. After the dragon wiped us out for the third time we bailed. Our healing companions couldn't keep up. Slightly annoying. :mad:
It would be REALLY good if healers were mandatory party members.
Think about it - if healers were mandatory, but nobody wanted to be the healer, how long would it take to get a party? I'm not saying the system is fine as it is, but your suggestion probably wouldn't fix things.

Did mad dragon and idrich(next dungeon without healer).
Dragon boss cost me 20x4k hp pots, but you must have good stats for tank+know how it work and most important DPS which can kill adds fast.
2 Rogues=best single dps so if they team up they can kill adds really fast
2CW=depend on build, they can cc all adds(only last warlord when boss reach +-25%hp cant be cc)
Was there with 2CW, 1GFW and 1 rogue, but i was lucky for not stupid ppl(more like they read chat-only wrote "when adds spawn kill them fast and some1 who revive if need")
if you get ppl which dont read chat and rush everywhere, dont kill adds even healer cant save you.
tactic for +- all boss fights is simple and same GF agro boss(its really easy hold boss agro all time) when adds spawn agro elites first(depend on situation agro normal adds, but if you have GFW they can kill normal adds really fast) but rest of you party must switch from boss to adds. Since adds spawn by time or boss hp ignore adds and dps boss is best way for wipe
ofc if boss have +-10%hp left(this depend on boss) and you cant kill adds(too many of them or any other situation) like tank agro all adds and try move them away from boss(depend on boss) and rest of your party DPS boss(used this on idrich boss, i died-no healer in party, but rest of party killed boss, adds were Hulks so slow ones)
