Logitech Neverwinter Savage North Pack issue

I successfully entered my key, got the in-game mail but there was nothing in it. I did get the title but not the goodies.
BTW, I did go to the mail courier.

    Best go to the Founder's goods guy, opposite the quartermaster that gives you peasant clothing.
