[Help] solve my problem

i have two major problem for this game on my PC.. i dont know how to fix this issue.
1. no sound... i already check & change the config on sound setting in game, but still no sound..
ok, and the big problem is
2. frame freeze for 1-2 sec, i'm rogue, when i use skill that make me move fast (rolling, use deft strike) or when i rotate the camera, that happen. I dont know what make this happen, either my internet or my PC?
- when my internet is lagging in town i just like rubberband, step forward and backward... so i think it's not internat lag, maybe?
- my PC, my VGA, and processor aren't too old, i can play almost every MMO game without problem on ultra-high video setting (i already play GW2 and Aion). so i think again, it's not my PC problem, maybe? is this game really need a very high end PC's specs???
the sound, i still can tolerate, but the frame freeze......

i tried this game on my laptop who has average spec... it's working well, with sound and without frame freezing... WTH...
i already set all to minimun on my PC and my laptop...
