AH needs work

Just wanted to say I am having fun and the game feels like a breath of fresh air.

BUT...The AH is just a mess in the way they have it configured.From browsing to selling and even worse,trying to get items back that have not sold taking days to collect from the mail.On top of that,the items that are being returned count as an AH slot, soo keeping inventory halfway organized is becoming a time sink all by itself.I could just vendor it all but why even have an AH if it's so poorly done players would rather just trash the BoE then let another player who may need it not have a chance at buying it.
Don't even get me started on browsing issues...The whole thing feels thrown together at the last minute.It would seem the whole AH needs revamped and made a bit more user friendly.

    Ya it's a mess, I hope it gets fixed soon so I can actually start looking for gear.

    Agree, I have pretty much ignored it after wasting some time trying to get it to work properly

    yeah its a pain to look for gear. There is no global search for items you actually have to click on one of the selections. Found this out even with the lockboxes, couldn't just quickly check to see what others were selling them for I actually had to click on the containers then on lockboxes and keys before typing in the name. (containers I think the main heading was.)

    Weird.

    And then receiving EVERYTHING via the mail system is kinda bad. Like if I pull my own items out of the myauctions section why should I have to run to the mailbox? These are my items I just handed them to the auctioneer lady technically. I can understand the need to track purchases and the flow of money in the game but everything doesn't need to go to mail.

    I can search for items based on level through the gateway but not in the game itself.

    It's annoyingly buggy at the moment - searches and sorting don't work about a third of the time, some things don't show up at all after being posted, (or show up in the wrong categories) and the mail receiving system seems to duplicate AH messages so I'm often unsure it's safe to delete them.

    Hopefully they'll get on it soon.

    I figured I wouldn't be the only one who was annoyed with the way the AH functions.Lets hope it gets some attention soon.
