CRAFT question : how to upgrade rank worker ?

Hi,

Sorry to ask what is certainly a **** question but how do you move from any profession rank 1 worker to a rank 2 ???
I managed to level up my profession level.. but as my worker is still rank 1..I cannot do anything.

Another question, do you know where I can find a good documentation about the crafting system ?

    There's a level 7 task to convert four rank 1 workers to one rank 2.

    If you uncheck the "level hiding" on the gateway (or client) you will see that at certain level you can train what you have into higher level BUT you need 4 of them. You can get more by recruiting. It will take 18hours to get 1. So I would say fire one off before you go to bed and next evening it should be ready :) (assuming you get up and go to work and come back)
