Not Gaining EXP after level 30

Anyone having this issue? Im finding the support for this game very hard to get a hold of and when I did i only received a canned response.

Thanks if anyone has seen this, i literally cannot progress in the game at this point.

    you probably spammed to many foundry missions

    Were you using foundry to power level?

    If you were do not be shocked if you get banned.

    what map are you on ? Go see sgt and get a mission to a new zone . the mobs number turn grey when they wont give xp .

    PWE/Cryptic said they don't care if you level from 1-60 in Foundry.

    this is true ... but making a dungeon where all the mobs are stuck behind barrels or traps and they cant move is not leveling through foundry .
