May have been asked but is there a Players Manual Yet?

I am just looking around forums and site, because I have seen write ups on Foundry, but nothing yet for players guide\manual yet.

There are things like to learn about settings, UI navigations so forth.

    I would also like to know this.
    Right now I am most interested in learning what all those UI symbols are (red lightning that appears above my character, exclamation mark, question mark or big X that appear above enemy).

    I also, too , as well.

    I am able to pick most of this up, as a new player, put some things like enchanting items still is mystifying and it is hard to get questions asked in chat with amount of text scrolling about.

    Is there a NCP that knows all and tells all somewhere I should consult?

    But yeah, a PH PDF would help a lot.

    Is it possible for an official rep or anyone else that knows, to forward us towards the site that has more information than gamepedia?

    I apologize to all, but since I can't create my own threads, I have to keep using this one to get the answer.
    Unless this forum is only for players and official representatives do not use it at all.
