End reward chests sometimes have nothing in them when the reward is random

As the title says, sometimes an end reward chest will have nothing in it when it is a random loot reward. For example: the chest at the end of foundry quests or the chest received at the end of the dungeon delve event. The chest is lootable and the box pops up normally, but there is no icon showing which item you received, and no item is added to the inventory.

This just happened to me the first time I was attempting the Cloak Tower dungeon on an alt. It was during a dungeon delve event. I've had this happen to me several times, it seems to be somewhat rare, but it's super depressing when it is the dungeon delve event chest that contains no loot. I'll try to grab a screenshot of this next time it occurs.

    I've had this problem too, with foundry missions tonight. Next time I'll make sure to /bug it

    I've had this happen a few times, didn't really think much about it at the time. I'll have to pay closer attention to it going forward and maybe report when it happens.
