Foundry - Lose control of mouse when dragging items in detail view onto map

I notice when I am in detail view and I drag a new item to the map such as encounters, items, etc. I lose mouse function and have to end the program by using my keyboard to force the program to close. Even when I am outside of Neverwinter, I have no mouse control.
In layout view I am fine when I drag items to the map.
