I demand compensation for everything ive lost wich is ALOT

not getting any reply from GM at all. not since i started playing a week ago. which btw is realy bad. I demand compensation for everything ive lost wich is ALOT. by deleting mails that anounced that i,ve gotten stuff (ad and epics) which alsow deleted the mail with the stuff in them.
i recon i lost about 2-4k ad and varius epics and other random stuff that i won on bidding
ive gotten AD from real life money. so ur current bug which makes duplicate on the mails, and theres no warning text before deleting em. is simuluar to a scam.

do something about it. and like i said. i alsow aspect compensation or restoration on the items.

    I bought the $60 founder pack and never got my "adventurer" box. Never got a response about it either, lol.

    But, but...the game isn't even live yet. Why are you spending Real life money during the open beta?

    That's not exactly what they said. There are bugs with the mail system right now where it will send you 2 pieces of mail, 1 with an item and 1 without, yet if you delete the mail with no item, the other mail will be deleted, as well. Don't act like something was the players fault if you don't understand the topic at hand.

    I lost about 150k AD because of that.

    You can just pick them up again from the founder vendor?

    I've about 5 stupid Greycloak Legacy items on my Cleric, infact I'm using the enchant multiple times.

    . . . . . Demands and Ultimatums are not allowed. I sympathize with your issue however there is nothing the Forum Staff can do to assist the GMs in this. You will need to continue communicating with Support. Reply to the tickets if you don't agree with what they say or they misunderstand you. You may also wish to post about the mail issue in the bug report forum, where others have done so already.
