What does this graphic next to my character mean?

Hi all,

I've been trying to find out what this graphic - a curved line with three crosses - next to my character means? I'd like to know if its good or bad or I'm doing something wrong or what. If someone could tell me I'd appreciate it.

    Press tab to start using Divine power which will deplete that bar

    When you are using Divine Power, many of your abilities will act differently, usually better in some way. Each time you use an ability when using Divine Power it will deplete the bar. When the bar is fully depleted you will no longer be able to use the Divine Power version of abilities until you fill up the bar so that a + is lit up. You charge up Divine Power by using your abilities in normal mode. Each of your ability descriptions will show how they change when Divine Power is toggled on with the TAB key.
