Two comments:
1) If you are selling items on the auction house for more AD than it costs to buy the Zen to buy it from the Zen shop you're doing it wrong.
2) If you are buying the items on the auction house that people are selling for more than it costs to buy the Zen to buy the items from the Zen shop, you're doing it wrong.
(Yes, I'm talking about the keys, bags and profession packs on the AH. Carry on!)

3) If you don't list things with Buy It Now prices, you're doing it wrong!
Especially now where prices are dropping as people level up and get access to higher tier runes. You want to get as much money as you can by selling you're stuff quick and hording the cash until you see an opportunity to exploit the cheaper prices later. I made 100k earlier today by buying t4 azures and working them up to a t6 it cost me roughly 90k because I had a failure and lost a t5 rune which cost me 17k but the t6 sold for 210k with a 6k listing fee.
