The encounter at the end of this dungeon has far too many hitpoints. The encounter itself is a moderate challenge and looks to ideally be solved by having all dps on adds and one person dpsing the boss. I suppose you could also have just a tank on the boss, but this would make it take even longer. I just fought this group in a PUG with 3 Trickster rogues doing very high damage, and even with every now and then too many people focusing on the boss it took about 25-30 minutes to bring the bosses health down to 75% or so. The dragon itself probably only needs a slight hp nerf, but the adds need both a spawn rate reduction as well as an hp nerf. If the hp nerf was large enough the spawn rate would be fine though.
It is not fun fighting bosses whom of which you have essentially defeated by solving the mechanics of the encounter for potentially more then an hour. It is barely fun fighting a boss that you know the mechanics of and have solved for 20 minutes. High hp encounters does not make for enjoyable bosses. They are bullet sponges, and don't work very well when it comes to good game design.
Please consider lowering the hp across this entire encounter.
