starter pack

Not sure if this is a bug or not, but I purchased a starter pack and haven't seen it added to my characters yet.

    I am having similar issues, I have received my pack, but there are items missing from it. I bought the middle pack, and seem to be missing the helpers pack with the xp boost etc.. any ideas ?

    Have you tried using the founders agent in main town area to claim all items you're due? I got the rest of owed items from him. Hope this helps.

    Yep. I just bought 3 Guardian level packs and none of the accounts received the promised Astrals

    Look to the little glowing diamond symbol on the top of your screen. That is the Astral Diamond Exchange and your AD are there until such time as you claim them. REMEMBER - the AD is for your account, not a particular character, so if you take it on one character and then delete that character, you will lose all your AD.
