    can someone please tell me how i can create a thread? it only allows me to reply to threads but not create one...
    please help!

    go to http://nw-forum.perfectworld.com/forumdisplay.php?688-General-Discussion or needed forum section and look at the side left, bottom of page for a "+Post New Thread" button ..similar to "+Reply to Thread". You need to be in a forum section page to create a thread.
    Or perhaps you need to get older in NW forum lol , i dont know, i see you joined/logged in FIRST TIME May 2013 for NW forums..
