The press F to finish off people in PvP is terrible

The person who does the most damage/getting the last hit not getting the kill is dumb. Spamming f trying to be the first to finish the corpse off with everyone else on your team = everyone is opening social menus on each other. Melee get all the kills since they are up close and able to press f first(i'm melee). Thoughts?

    If you downed the guy, you seem to get the kill, no matter who finished him off. I think you get the assist though by finishing someone who is down, even if you didn't deal damage to him.

    But I wouldn't mind if social menu was disabled during PvP, or the key for it was different.

    If everyone runs up to a corpse and tries to F it, I think that is a bigger problem. :p

    If there are no other players to fight at the node, mount up and attack the next node. Domination is really about the nodes, not the kills. You get more points if you try to capture than you do from kills.

    The problem is that is better to release and respawn than it is too be revived while downed. The rez timer is incredibly short, mounts are allowed, and the map is small. Why be revived with low HP when you can be back in the battle just about as quick with full HP?

    System is fine, GW2 uses the same idea and it works, imo.

    Yeah, anyone with a brain hated it in GW2. The hipster kids liked to say it created "teamwork" and made the game harder, in reality it did neither. To be honest, it's not as bad in Neverwinter, because they don't throw stones or teleport everywhere, but it's still pretty stupid. If somebodies health hits 0, they should die, it's that simple. They don't deserve a 2nd chance. Not to mention the fact that the maps are small and we have mounts, no need for such a system on these maps.

    GW2's PvP is a complete joke, for multiple reasons, but the downed system certainly does not work. It's annoying and adds nothing to the game. It doesn't create teamwork, it doesn't make things more strategic, it doesn't make the game take more skill, etc etc. In fact it made the game require less skill, as a good player could never 1v2 ****ty players, they just CC and spam revived. It's a terrible idea what should just go away.
