where are my extra character slots I paid for in beta?

    All purchases, including character slots, were wiped and refunded to your Zen account between BW 4 and the Open Beta. Your Zen should be there, if it isn't just contact support and they'll get you taken care of.

    How many are you seeing? Guardians get 1 extra (for a total of 3), Heroes get 2 extra (total of 4), and someone who bought both packs would have 5 slots.

    Edit: NM, I see you were talking about character slots purchased directly, not as part of the Founder packs.
