This is so wrong. Some sort of mailbox bug?

I played beta weekends. Remember the free mounts from PCGamer? There were unread mails that came out after I finished the starting quest: Those were astrals I've earned from auction and there is this 4 new ones. The two contains the mounts and some messages. The other two was actually same thing that tells about the mounts I will be getting. I tried to delete those two mails. To my #*&$^ng shock, the other two were gone which contains the mounts and I have n gotten them out yet. Is this some kind of bug? To the others who have the free mounts too, are you getting 4 mails too?

    I've gotten up to two emails over the same thing and a few in a language I don't read but haven't lost any items from them and hopefully I wont.

    You can always go to the founders pack vendor (west of Knox) and use the RECLAIM tab there (once you gualify to get the packs, level 5 or so)

    I got it. Are those the same mounts in the mailbox? If I claimed it on the mailbox first, would it still show there? I notice that the pirate hat is there too but I haven't received a mail in it.

    Should be exactly the same. If I read it right, it's so you can reclaim something you accidentally deleted.
