Doubtful, depends also on the cpu, but if you have a decent cpu you might be able to run it on low. 4500M is not a great graphics chip. My tip is to tryout any other cryptic games or wait and try neverwinter tomorrow. If it can run a cryptic game then it can run neverwinter. However like I said, the graphics chip is not that great.
Update: read your specs, might be able to on low on dx9. Do what I suggested above, try a cryptic game or wait until tomorrow and try neverwinter.
I'm not sure it will run on low. My laptop has a dedicated Geforce GT650M, which is quite a bit beefier, and a CPU that is several times faster than the Celeron, and the game will only run fluidly on relatively low settings (just a step up from ultra low, but still very low), though that is in 1920x1080. Anything more and the framerate drops noticeably (starts to stutter).
But it is F2P, so you can simply try it out tomorrow.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news man but I don't think you're going to be able to play this game with that laptop. It'll probably boot it up but with a single core processor at only 2.2ghz you won't be able to do much - and that's not to mention the integrated graphics card. I know everyone is trying to be optimistic here but I'm just trying to keep it real. This game isn't going to be very much fun to play on that machine. You're in dire need of a hardware upgrade.

Agreed. yeah, it will run the game, he will be able to create a character. My guess is, as soon as he lands on the beginning island it's gonna start lagging. Depending on how many people that instance will hold <and tomorrow is beginning of open beta> he's not going very far.
If he does somehow make it through the bridge, he will lock up upon entering protective enclave.
but hey, give it a shot. nothing to loose.

I noticed I was getting low frames with a GTX 670m and found that the game for some reason was taking me out of fullscreen mode and into windowed maximized and that was killing my fps. Next time you have this issue look to see if you are windowed maximized mode and change it to fullscreen and see if that helps.

Got the same graphic card myself, it almost made me cry when i figured out i had to tune the settings almost all the way down :P

Oh definitely, that thing will play Crysis!
Wait, what?
It looks like yes but just barely.
The great part about the gme being free is that you can download it and see for yourself tomorrow morning

Update: read your specs, might be able to on low on dx9. Do what I suggested above, try a cryptic game or wait until tomorrow and try neverwinter.
Your good but run it on low. Don't get upset if you loose tons of frames in Protectors Enclave.
But it is F2P, so you can simply try it out tomorrow.
