Zen purchase problems

    Keep in mind that all purchases are done via THIRD party.

    Skrill and PayPal are not owned by PW. They are third party service company.
    So Skirll or Paypal might get a hiccup while doing your transaction.

    Also keep in mind that since they are "powerhouse" in money transaction, your credit card company MAY block or need approval from YOU before letting this transaction go through (some may need picture ID) this is NOT PW doing.

    Yeah but if I find a rat in my chicken nuggets Im blaming McDoanalds, not the chicken nugger third party provider.

    That is a totally DIFFERENT argument all together.

    first you are talking about getting a service (in this case Zen) that you are trying to pay for. It is not working. So you need to find out if it is Skrill/Paypal issue? If it is, then PW can't do a thing about it.

    Now if you were to get Kiwi instead of Zen (in this case a rat instead of nuggets) THEN it is PW issue.

    Edit: further example would be.
    You are trying to buy chicken nugget at McD and your CC would not CLEAR BUT you know you have money in the bank/credit for it. Would you blame McD? or the Credit Card/Bank company? (that is what happening now)

    Or another example, you are trying to buy chicken nugget from McD and your CC (lets say Bank One) system is down and thus cannot clear the transaction (i.e. signal lost) or power outage or phone outtage (in this case phone line was cut from McD so no transaction can occur) would it be phone company issue? or McD issue?
