When in protectors enclave, open map and look for the little mask in the lower right corner. Thats where you go to change. Tower of abjuration or something...can't remember name
Think you need a token from Zen shop to do it tho.

They should have kept this option free like the tailor in Star Trek Online. Guess I will really have to make sure my characters look good before getting too deep as I can see myself deleting them a few times since some things in the Creator are not immediately noticeable till you start playing.
They messed up with the tailor in STO - they kept it in-game currency when they made to switch to zen, also it made it hard to stomach paying $5 for a costume you would have to pay $3 to put on...

wha....?
If they kept it in "in-game" currency, why would you have to pay $3 to switch?
(Also, there's so much costume changing in that game, having to pay zen for every change would have been insanity. Multiple character costume slots, hundreds of costume pieces, costuming each of your dozen bridge officers.....)
edit: oh, or did you mean the ability to change your face & body? Yeah, I could see that being more restricted than the clothing section.
The most popular feature in STO and CO, and they steered away from it with this game. This is where they could've been different than other MMO's. Bring in the Tailor.

Yeah, I have to admit I was expecting more from them in aesthetics. I knew that they'd need some sort of "appearance based on loot" function, since that's kind of a thing in fantasy games (can't have a lowbie looking like he's got Uber Gear, just from the tailor), but.... how about getting loot with new features would unlock them in the tailor? And you could mix-n-match between cash shop costume parts & stuff you'd gotten from loot and achievements?

That'd be cool.
