Well I mean... I can give you my experience so far as a CW solo up to level 20
So far it's been a breeze. nice AoE. I wish I'd invested more in my control skills earlier as my freeze ray trivializes most bosses.
The biggest downside has been a lack of AoE so far. I have a few skills but they require clustering, which can be annoying. Fortunately, my damage is high enough that an opening shot will 1-shot most minions easily and my Dailies recharge pretty fast.
Comparing myself with clerics I see next to me occasionally, I'd say I'm in a better position. A single rotation of my abilities will usually kill a tough enemy and they'll never even get close to me. Bosses take longer but still not bad.
The only difficulty I've had was with some of the custom missions. Anything with more than one strong mob can make me run for cover.
