I have a Founder friend that has a huge head start on the game.
I was wondering if anyone could enlighten me on what the rules are on grouping. If he is level 30 when will I be able to group with him.
In addition what are the pro/cons of grouping with someone that is much higher/lower level than yourself.

As of BW4, the Level Matching System of STO, or the Sidekicking system of CO, is not implemented in Neverwinter.
So if you have a level 30 friend with you, you will likely not get any EXP from mobs if he helped you kill mobs equivalent to your level. You will still get quest XP, though.
