Gateway issues

When i try to get into the gateway from google chrome it gets to the point where i can can choose my character, i click my character - nothing happens. i can click and click and click.. still nothing.

Tried using Internet Explorer, it won't even get to the char screen, enter username + password. thats it. Sits at loggin screen -_- I really wanna use it :(

    I have an issue with the words meshing together. I can not destinguish between Character select and Log Out.

    At the moment gateway seems to be down. Earlier when it was up, I was unable to use the professions on my iPad. The windows would come up, but when I clicked the "complete task" box, it would kick me back to the prior screen.
    The right to command is earned through duty, the privilege of rank is service.

    I have the same issue with chrome and firefox.

    I've had no problems with connecting to Gateway using Chrome on my desktop.

    I have seen what rabbinicus describes when trying to connect to gateway with my Android phone. Tried a couple different browsers on the phone and none of them could complete the task. Not being able to use gateway properly with portable devices kinda defeats the purpose of having gateway.

    I was unable to open just created characters, however when I tried to open a character that had been in protector's enclave that seemed to work fine. Note that I did not try before I got the in-game mail telling me to go to Gateway.

    Want to bump this. Also unable to get past character selection. Clicky is broken? IE, Firefox, Chrome all failsaucing.

    If you are having issue logging in can you please add the following to your post.

    Browser and version
    Server your character is on (this is the character you are trying to view/use in gateway)

    We are currently looking at the issue. Any extra info you can provide will help a lot.

    M'kata on Mindflayer, can't get past character select in any browser on any operating system. I've tried multiple browsers on a Galaxy Nexus 4, multiple browsers on a iPhone, and multiple browsers in Windows 8 Pro 64-bit.

    Non-exclusive list of browsers tried:
    Google Chrome (Stable, Dev, Canary - Desktop), Google Chrome (Beta and Stable for Android and iPhone), IE 9 and 10, Firefox on Windows 8 and Android, Safari on iPhone

    Ezenkrul, Mindflayer, I've tried on the kindle fire, safari as well as IE. Tried on ipad as well as computer. All latest versions

    Edit: The following error pops up in my developer console @ Firefox:

    Mindflayer here. I've tried it on Google Chrome, my Kindle Fire HD tablet, and my Droid 2 phone, all of which are updated to the latest versions, and get the same symptoms. I can log in and select my character, but the character doesn't load and eventually times out.

    Character name is Kalaiyah.

    Chrome, Win 7 x64

    I am able to log in but after that nothing works. I keep getting errors that reload the page and send me back to character select.
