Purchasing Powers quest

  I have had this fail on my first character to log in that was above level 5, afterwards it worked on all of my other toons...here is what I did...when you first log in with any toon that is up there in level (sorry I only have 5 and above) you let it cycle through all of the awards and accolades that you get. DON'T buy any powers until this has happened. Then hit P open the window, and buy your first power, then it should be successful....as I stated for my 3 toons I have tried it on, the first failed because I did it too soon, and once you buy your first power if this "quest" hasn't shown up yet, you have to abandon it. But if you wait the 30 seconds or so, it works every time.

  Quest stuck on "Buy or Upgrade a power" for me. I abandoned it at level 13.

  Both my husband and I have the same issue since we were given the point before getting the quest and had spent it prior to picking up the quest. We haven't abandoned the quest as of yet.
