"A place for introductions, help, RP, and D&D chat."

As a roleplayer I would love to see a dedicated RP forum. Now I can understand putting D&D chat or something like lore discussion into the same forum, but adding "help" and "introductions" doesn't make any sense to me. Already this forum is spammed to death with introduction threads, soon when the game launches its going to have help spam "how do i change to mouselook?". Not really a logical combinations to me and attempts to organise RP events or threads about RP will be drowned out.

I would love to see a more dedicated RP forum, it would really help cultivate the RP community. :)

    Agree- I put a rp idea in another area before i realized this was here. Now I am getting 0 responce =( I am not sure people even know what this section is for really. Art and fiction has a section there as well?

    I've had a terrible time figuring out where to post RP threads. The introduction forum doesn't seem quite the right location still :P

    And RP forum, along with a Fansite forum are two things I've seen requested over the months. I'm hopeful that we'll see them both soon.

    I'd like a place for roleplaying topics in general. Roleplayers aren't interested in most of the guilds in the guild forum, they're constantly asking questions like "Help me make a background for my character" or concerning the lore, and of course many enjoy forum RP.

    Outside sites are all well and good, but as STO players can attest, those outside sites inevitably go down with their owners/sponsors and leave the community high and dry. An official RP forum would be a nice permanent place for us to rely on.

    I could have sworn that we had an RP sticky at one time......I guess a lot of the good stuff got archived. That's a shame!
