Founders pack not enabled?

So I bought the founders pack just after BW2 however when I went to login this morning (wasn't getting up at midnight to play) I got the message "You are not allowed to play right now"

Forgive me if I missed something, but am I supposed to do anything to enable this pack?
Ticket has been submitted but I want to make sure I have covered everything.

    Did you buy a Hero pack or guardian pack? If you bought a guardian pack, you cant play till Saturday the 27th. Today was for the Hero pack people.
