Does Int determine wizards chance to hit, or just give the damage and recharge bonus listed?
Is the Int damage bonus better than the Cha crit bonus?
Oppressor feat: Controlled Momentum 5 - How long is the damage buff?
What exactly constitutes a "Control Power"? (Does it include at-wills/encounters/dailies)
I assume slow/immobilize/stun/push are control effects, but what about stacks of Chill.
Appreciate any clarification on these,
Thanks

1) Int is far stronger for the CW than Char, but Wis is very beneficial as well if you're going the control route over DPS.
2) Five seconds, I believe
3) Slow, Immobilize, Stun, Hold, Push are control effects. Chill is stacks of Slow on a target, stacking them to 6 triggers 'Frozen', which is a Stun/Hold

This is generally true, unless you plan on going down the Renegade Paragon feat tree, in which case critting more often will be much more beneficial than increased damage.
There is no "chance to hit" in Neverwinter. If your targeted ranged power is used with a target, it hits that target. If an enemy is within range of your aimed powers or melee strikes, you hit that enemy.

pyrophoria: So Chill is slow, slow is control. That helps alot And 5 seconds, thats easy to keep up on an Ice mage then. Thanks
derressh: I was wondering about the Renegade actually, I should have mentioned that. I find it weird that another stat beats the primary depending on build. Thanks
abaddonxk: And this would be why another stat could be more important than Int. Great to know. Thanks

Anyone know how long the Arcane Mastery buff lasts?
I noticed Chill is about 2-3 seconds, not long enough to switch between Ray of Frost and Chilling Cloud.

It lasts 5 seconds if I remember correctly, and stacks up to 5 times.
