GWF Weapon Choices

In game I only saw great swords listed on a vendor for GWF. I am hoping that there will be more weapon choices, such as great war clubs, tetsubo style clubs, etc... I plan on recreating a character from pen and paper D&D that I had who used a tetsubo. But as this is not Oriental Adventures, I will be happy with two handed clubs.

    There is a 2handed Club that you could get in the beta, I assume they will be adding more weapon types (models) as time goes on.

    i had a level 49 axe blue ... there will be more its beta so they are more worried about character mechanics then different weapons.

    The two handed club, blue quality, was I think lvl 16. I used it on my GWF and it was much shorter than the two handed sword.

    Don't get me wrong, I really love the game so far, but, it is nowhere ready for launch.

    That's why it's launching as open beta. If people want a polished game they should probably wait until it comes out of beta.

    I'd love to be a tiny half or a dwarf carrying an axe twice my size xD. Their sure to add more weapons once OB starts up and they get the big stuff out of the way.

    Hmm some of you just don't care to research at all... but you care to make a thread on it. Yes the game is ready. No bw3 was not even their updated version even at that time and they have put in a ton since. As you will see a lot of it BW4. Yes theres a ton of new skins weapons, armor ,coloring all of it. As in tons. Also grpahics updates. already seen in the UK youtube vids from this last week. every concern posted here so far is already fixed and in game.

    Sorry to but in with a noobie question, but I was wondering if guardian fighters can use more than swords? I was hopeing to play a GF with a mace, but in every video I've seen they use a sword. Is that a forced choice or do people just choose the longsword?

    yes there are multiple weapon skins for each class ...I picked up the club for gwf and an axe for TR in bw3...im sure there will be tons like roninthehood said

    I can see Cryptic selling us different weapon skins in the future. Let's say you got an end-game weapon and you want it look like something else, why not sell us a skin to make it appear graphically as a different weapon ? it isn't p2w and a lot of gamers love creating a specific look for themselves.

    I imagine this would be the best way to make money from the game. Kind of like how LoL sells skins for their champions, Neverwinter could sell weapon/armor skins, dyes, and other vanity items on the Zen market.
