Crash During Broken Arrow Quest

Everytime I get to the the Broken Arrow quest on any character the game crashes after I make it a short way into the area with the arrow collection points. Once the game crashes with a given character it crashes immediately the loading screen finishes when logging back in.
Anyone else have this problem or know a fix? Tried 3-4 different characters after deleting the locked out ones and everytime it crashes at the same point. I've verified the game client when I get the pop up after restarting the client but it still crashes at the same point
