    On the Forum, go to UserCP > Permission groups > click the radial button that corresponds to the Guardian pack.

    Just as a sided note, this was not working for me so I logged out of my account, closed the browser, logged back in and the Permissions button was there.

    After many attempts of relogging etc I still cannot see my permission group in User CP and I cannot access title ingame, I have sent a few tickets...guess its a waiting game now.
