Can't Enter Game..

So I am a HotN and I have not been able to play the game at all and it's really ticking me off. I make a character, I try to enter the server, and BAM crash. EVERY time with any character I make...the game crashes when trying to go into the game world...fail I am pissed

    Its Zero of the North instead. I woke at 6 am SGP time eager to take part in the beta and till now a day and 3 hrs later Im still locked out.

    Wondering if we can get our money back in this kind of situation..fact I can't even enter the game without a consistent crash is HAMSTER
